This is an amazing donut shop with an abundant selection of delicious donuts and other fabulous offerings. The staff were super friendly and supper accommodating For example, I needed a special request for a donut order, and they were able to help with a big smile on their face.. the shop is cute and cozy, conveniently located with some street parking around.
Came in around lunchtime to grab some donuts and pastries and was surprised at the variety. The menu is huge and there's a bunch of donuts, pastries, drinks, and sandwiches. The lady at the front counter was nice and helpful with choices. I ordered a total of nine donuts and they all looked and tasted yummy! The store felt very casual and clean. I will be back when I am in the mood for donuts.

Not in an amazing part of town but that can't be helped. Pastries are yummy and fresh. The apple fritter was very good as was their giant cinnamon bun. The place is small but clean and the employees are very sweet.
They have a huge selection of beautiful glistening donuts and assortment of pastries. I got the croissant, raised glaze, maple bar, and jelly filled. My favorite was the maple bar and it wasn't too sweet. The lady that helped me was very sweet and accommodating as I slowly picked out what I wanted. There's only a place to sit by the window so it's more of a grab and go but you can still people watch for a moment but the vibe isn't really a hang out spot. Would absolutely come back.
Extremely friendly service. Clean store. Great selection. Easy and safe to get to. It is one block off of Van Ness at the SW corner of Polk and Ellis. I know they have fancy bakeries but if you want a good doughnut, come here . We walked here, about 2.5 mi round trip. I was not disappointed.
I had the rocky road brownie, its was SO GOOD and fudgy. I wish I got another one when I left SF.
First off- the smell before you walk in is absolutely heavenly. This is the perfect bakery to leave with a loaded box and impress your work friends ... go make their day.
This place odd a lot like Bob's! Not only does it smell amazing inside, but if you're lucky enough to catch something fresh, but two of them! We were drawn in by the smell of fresh croissants, but ended up, leaving with a few additional donuts. While the croissants, refresh and amazing, the donuts were delicious when we tossed them in the toaster for a few seconds. Especially the maple and chocolate covered ones. If you're not near Bob's , and try to put aside the tenderloin aspects of the exterior, there is a real treat inside !
